Is a person reviewing or editing my show?
No. BrillSync is designed as a self-operating platform. The selected product, vehicle profile, audio analysis, entitlement rules, and validation engine control the complete workflow.
What is the difference between Lights Only and Full Motion?
Lights Only sequences supported illumination channels without powered movement. Full Motion can also use supported closure and accessory channels for the selected vehicle, subject to safety validation and available vehicle capabilities.
How do subscription credits work?
Lights Only consumes one credit and Full Motion consumes two. Starter includes 5 credits, Pro includes 15, and Creator includes 40 each billing period.
Can I manage or cancel a subscription?
Yes. The dashboard opens Stripe’s secure customer portal for payment methods, invoices, plan management, and cancellation.
